Working together
When people deal with each other, they use three key approaches: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.
If you care to make the correct choice about your software technology, you have to see through the differences that exist between those interactions.
Conversational interaction is about understanding new data or establishing relationships. An example of a transactional interaction is when you get into the store and change your money for groceries.
Interactions of collaboration are dealt with in such a way that the main goal of the participants is to modify the collaboration substance from what used to be unstable and intangible, for example, an idea, into a useful solution, for instance a blueprint.
Collaboration Software
Collaborative Software is one of groupware categories that facilitate seamless work processes between your team members, department people, everybody who works on the project, panels, etc.
Its remarkable usefulness enables participants to browse action plans, access shared documents, track projects, moderate schedules, facilitate business processes, be duely reminded of any new objectives and activities they are involved in. There are a plenty of ways in which this software can be very useful: moderating activities, papers and projects, facilitating business processes and coordinating work of several departments or even firms.
